Deploy pipelines your team trusts.
CI, CD, infrastructure-as-code, secrets, environments and the developer experience that makes the entire team faster. Engineered so deploys on Friday afternoon aren't a moral question.
The problem we solve
Most CI/CD pipelines are a YAML file someone wrote three years ago that nobody touches. Builds take 20 minutes. Deploys are manual and scary. Environments drift. Secrets are in screenshots in Slack. We rebuild the pipeline with discipline — fast feedback, deterministic builds, safe deploys, and a developer experience your engineers actually enjoy.
What we ship
- 01CI pipelines: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Buildkite, CircleCI
- 02Fast feedback: cached builds, parallelization, sharded tests
- 03Continuous deployment with progressive delivery
- 04Infrastructure-as-code with Terraform or Pulumi
- 05Secrets management: Vault, Doppler, cloud-native
- 06Environments: dev, preview, staging, production — automated
- 07Database migrations on rails — automated, reversible, safe
- 08Container builds with proper layer caching
- 09Release management: tags, changelogs, rollback procedures
- 10Developer-facing tooling: local dev parity, ergonomic CLIs
What you receive
- Sub-10-minute CI pipeline for typical PRs
- Automated deploy to staging on merge, gated production
- Infrastructure-as-code repository covering the whole estate
- Developer documentation: setup, deploy, debug, rollback
Stack we reach for
Ideal for
- → Teams whose deploys take 30+ minutes or require manual steps
- → Engineering leaders wanting feature flags and progressive delivery
- → Companies with environment drift between staging and production
- → Teams adopting infrastructure-as-code for the first time
How an engagement runs
- 01
Pipeline audit
Where time is being lost. Build time, queue time, deploy time, environment drift, secrets handling.
- 02
Foundation
CI rebuilt for speed and reliability. Infrastructure brought under IaC. Environments codified.
- 03
Progressive delivery
Feature flags, canary deploys, automated rollback — so deploys stop being scary.
- 04
Developer experience
Local dev parity, ergonomic tooling, documentation. Onboarding new engineers in a day.
How to engage
DevEx Audit
Pipeline, environment and developer experience audit with prioritized fixes.
Pipeline Rebuild
End-to-end CI/CD and IaC modernization.

Frequently asked.
01GitHub Actions or something else?
GitHub Actions for most teams. Buildkite for teams that need self-hosted runners at scale. GitLab CI if you live in GitLab. We'll match the tool to your team.
02Argo CD or Flux?
Either, both excellent. We choose based on your team's existing Kubernetes fluency. For non-Kubernetes deploys, neither — we use the simplest thing that works.
